Golden Eagle Global, Inc. (hereafter, “GEG Inc.”) is the sole distributor for Bayaze in the USA.
GEG Inc. Shipping Policy
GEG Inc. ships to the contiguous United States only. We hope to expand to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada soon.
GEG Inc. Return Policy
GEG Inc. is non-returnable due to food safety concerns. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please follow the directions below to request a refund or exchange.
Refund for Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days via email at orders@GEG Inc..com. All refunds will be handled by email.
To start a refund, include 1) photos of the damage, and 2) your order number. Refunds will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Once we receive your email, we will notify you if your refund has been approved, and if approved, you will be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
GEG Inc. Exchange Policy
If you would like an exchange for the damaged item instead of a refund, please email your request to orders@GEG Inc..com with 1) photos of the damage, and 2) your order number.
We will process the exchange within 7 business days.
